Church Library

SPC's Church Library seeks to honor God by providing resources to nurture people in their Christian walk.  We have over 2100 titles covering all aspects of the Christian life and suitable for all ages.  You can find help for your marriage, suggestions for parenting, ideas for deepening your prayer life, help for the issues that you struggle within life, even fiction to relax with, all from a Christian perspective.  You can listen to any sermon from the past 3 years, or teaching by R.C. Sproul or James Dobson on cassette tapes.  There are magazines for teens and adults, and of course, there is a lot of great material to help you grow in knowledge of God's Word.  We also have reference materials, videos, and Bible software.  Materials can be checked out - books for 4 weeks, all other materials for 2 weeks.  Contact Priscilla Scott for details.

Church Picnic

Spotsylvania Presbyterian Church hosts a church picnic for all members and friends of the church. This fun even is usually held in late spring or early fall at the church.  Besides the the great food, the church picnic is a great way to meet folks and experience outstanding Christian fellowship.  Adults volunteer to organize classic picnic games, carnival-type activities, and other enjoyable events.

Sermons on the web or on CD

Did you miss worship or would you like to year a sermon again?  Each week we record the sermon during the worship service.  You can listen by going to the sermon download site. You can also podcast the weekly sermons.  Contact the church office if you would like a CD to give to a friend.  A copy will be made for you, for a small fee of $2.
