YARD SALE SATURDAY IS ALMOST HERE Last minutes donations of items to sell and baked goods will be GLADLY ACCEPTED up to Friday, May 2nd. Volunteers to help set-up and clean-up will be GREATLY APPRECIATED. Your support of the Haiti Yard Sale on May 3rd is a vital ministry. We will have plants as well for those that missed the Plant Sale in April helping Haiti and our new project in Kenya. Also, in support of our youth's mission project in New Orleans, a car and dog wash will be offered. So, save some money by purchasing needed things through the yard sale/plant sale, get your car and dog spiffed-up and enjoy fellowship, as we as a church family support numerous mission projects in the U.S. and abroad.

Fifth graders receive Bibles from Children’s Ministry Today, the Children’s Ministry Team is pleased to have the fifth grade teachers, Jack Clevenger and David Way, hand out gift Bibles to all our fifth graders. As they move to middle school in the fall, we pray God’s blessings on them as they open His Word, and continue to grow in the Truth. Bibles will be handed out at the 9:45 and 11:15 worship services at SPC, and at Christ Covenant. Click on SPC Happenings for more Church News.

Fabulous Fun For Females!! Mark your calendar ladies, the 2008 SPC Women's Retreat "Friends and Flexibility" is April 18 and 19, right here at SPC. This will be a great time of fellowship and spiritual growth, and you don't even have to leave town this year. The cost is low ($12) and the benefits are high - don't miss it!
